isr swim lessons

isr swim lessons ranging from

beginner to advanced

ISR lessons are one-on-one and tailored to your child’s skill and comfort level. Each session is approximately 6 weeks long, 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, for 10 minutes each day.

Self-Rescue® Infant

CHILDREN 6 MONTHS TO 18 MONTHS OLD

Children learn the ISR Self-Rescue® skill of rolling onto their backs to float, rest and breathe. They learn to maintain this position until help arrives. This is the initial required ISR swimming lessons for all infants.

Self-Rescue® Toddler

CHILDREN 18 MONTHS TO 6 YEARS OLD
Duration: 6 weeks

Children learn the ISR Self-Rescue® sequence of swim-float-swim: swim with their head down and eyes open, roll onto their back to float, rest and breathe, and roll back over to resume swimming until they reach a point of safety.

Refresher

PREVIOUSLY TAUGHT CHILDREN
Duration: 3 weeks

ISR Refresher courses are designed for returning swimmer students that need to refresh their skills. These lessons are suggested to ensure that your child retains their skills and sets them up for a lifetime of aquatic enjoyment!
